Often the first step is to break open the conversation in an inspiring, casual, low-risk way. Listening to Cat's story can provide an easy onramp into authentic sharing from others in small groups. Why am I doing this? All work can be meaningful if we connect our tasks and role to the larger purposes we're serving in the company and in the world. We prioritize staying connected to our personal + professional purpose in the micro, mundane tasks as well as the epic ones.
