Where do we start? Where you are. We do an assessment of your culture, look for the magic seeds that are working + the obstacles to growth, then decide next steps.
Based on Phase 1, we craft an integrated plan leaning into the CLICK framework, that could include pilot projects, communications, data creation, coaching + more.
We may then run rapid, mini pilots from work in Phases 1 + 2 to see what's working + what's not. (You can elect to run these on your own without me or have me in the wings for support.)

We'll collect relational data, analyze it + make recommendations for conditions, strategies + tactics to foster belonging in the short and long-term.
Generally Team Leads end up doing the relational labor to help others cultivate connection to self, teammates + the larger company mission. They need support + the chance to innovate unique ways to foster belonging. And it needs to feel like play, since after all, relationships are at root, joyful. :)
Often the first step is to break open the conversation in an inspiring, casual, low-risk way. Listening to Cat's story can provide an easy onramp into authentic sharing from others in small groups. This initial "seed" conversation can easily spill into a series of team chats that Cat can help facilitate.
You've already got an onboarding plan, team builder retreat, slack channel, leadership training, etc. Let's take them all to a 2.0 or 3.0 to deepen relationships + connection skills as well as make seamless relational transitions for new people.
The quality of our relationships is the #1 predictor of our wellbeing. Cultures that promote wellbeing have a greater positive impact on their clients, employees, and stakeholders.
We are wired to connect deeply and broadly, so we work with our social natures when we invest the attention, honesty, time, and energy into our relationships with ourselves, each other, and our environments.

We train around + reward kindness above all other leadership attributes because it is literally the heart of any organization that aims to create a people-based culture from the inside out.
