We may decide to create assets or design lean pilot projects that make sense within your current offerings, budgets + timelines. This could be anything ranging from: a communications campaign, interactive art installation, on-boarding training module, company rewards system, connection incubator, facilitator training, space redesign, etc.
Cat's story can provide an easy onramp into authentic sharing around key themes + participant's experiences. This initial "seed" conversation creates the space for further team conversations that Cat can co-facilitate. And stand-alone workshops around skills + dispositions for connection can also be adapted to the language and goals of the org.
